General Questions & Delivery Service 

Place an Order
Step 1 : Select the product and enter to the product page
Step 2 : Select the quantity and add to“Shopping Cart”
Step 3 : Go to“Shopping Cart” page and click “Check Out”
Step 4 : Select delivery &payment method, fill in the information requested.
Step 5 : Click“Proceed to Checkout”
After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email as well as your order details in your email. It’s that simple!  
 
Delivery Time
Once the order payment is confirmed, we will hand over your order to SF Express in 2 days (except Sat-Sun, Public Holidays)
Generally SF Express will deliver your order within 2-3days.

Delivery Arrangement
We use SF Express as delivery agent, there is no other selection at the moment, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
You are required to fill in the recipient’s address and store code when using self-pick-up service

Delivery Status
You will receive tracking number to tracks SF Express shipments and delivery status online.
l  Customer has to pick up the item(s) at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification.

Delivery Fee
Free delivery will be provided for single purchase up to HK$600or above
If your order amount is less than HK$600, additional delivery charge of HK$45 will be charged for each delivery service.

Log in to the mobile app, select "Transfer - FPS Payment".
Click "Select Payee" and enter the payee's FPS information (bank account: 012-898-001-46769 SKY GALLERY INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED).
Enter the transfer amount and prompt message (if applicable), then click "Continue".
After checking the data, click "OK" to complete the payment.

How to arrange order cancellation and product return?

Cancellation
1.       Beauty Mail may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. We will notify you if this is the case.
2.       All cancellation of orders will berefunded in the form of e-vouchers with equivalent sum value to the order valueor as direct credit to your credit card. You may choose the method of refund.
3.       You are not allowed to cancel theorder once an Order Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek furtherinformation or assistance, kindly contact our customer service department at+852 53793648

Good Returns
Beauty Mail provides you with "14 days Product Quality Guarantee” - 14 days after your receipt of the products . If you find the productsordered appear damaged, spoiled, or not in good conditions, you can contact ourcustomer service department at info@beautymail.hk or call +852 53793648.

(A) Exchange Policy
Customers canchoose to return the whole box of items or refund.
If no stock isavailable for replacement, a full refund will be done.
If gifts whichcome with the purchase of the products are out of stock, the Company willprovide equivalent gifts as an alternative

(B) Refund Policy
Once verified and confirmed you are eligible for arefund, you can choose one of the following methods:
(i)   E-Coupon (will be savedin your Beauty Mail Account in 1 week for next time purchase); or
(ii)   Refund to your bankaccount / credit card (it may take around 4-6 weeks for processing andcrediting)

(C) Non-returnable items
Exchange or refund of a productcannot be accepted in the following cases:
Any product without a proper proof of purchase
Any product that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Where the related products for refund/exchange are not returned by customers 
Any gifts or trial pack
Product packaging is not intact, damaged or remarkable with dirt
Any product rejection due to personal preference

In the event of dispute, Beauty Mail decision shall be final and conclusive.
